Check-in: Is available from 2pm to 8:30pm. If you expect to arrive after 8:30pm you will need to make prior arrangements with reception.

Check-out: Is before 10 am 

Early check-in and /or check-out is available by arrangement.

Cancellation/refund policy: You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your check in date.  Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one 1 night of the booked accommodation. Special conditions may apply to Group reservations.

Payments: All accounts are payable on departure or by previous arrangements with management.

Overdue Accounts: We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.

NB: Promotions/discounted rates will be charged at anytime after booking and are non-refundable.

Credit Card guarantees: Online reservations require authorization of a credit card, deposit or withdrawal. No charge will be made against the card details unless the guest fails to arrive for the booked accommodation, or a promotion/discounted rate has been booked.

Changes in Reservations term: Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

General: Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel will be charged to the registered guest.

Pets: No Pets are premitted on property.
